An Epic Battle

This is a digital piece drawn in Autodesk Sketchbook as part of an art test where the theme was a Medieval environment paired with a hero's accessory. I decided on a tree with a castle built into it with a battle between the Squirrel King and a Rat Warrior in front of it. The Squirrel King is wielding a bottlecap shield and a makeshift sword made from a thumb tack and a shard of glass while the rat is just using traditional Medieval weaponry. I decided my main focus for this piece would be camera focus, texture, and organic structures.
